  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrectly supplied items at the time of delivery.

  • Contact us within 10 calendar days of receiving your order with photographic evidence via our 'Contact Us' page.

Exclusions:

  • This policy does not cover items damaged through customer misuse or accidents after delivery.

  • Claims for items broken after the delivery period are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process:

  • We will provide a return label once your claim is verified.

  • Ensure items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Proof of postage is required.

  • Items must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. We are not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the card used for the original purchase.
